Fans Vote Peter Salerno Inc. Into KBIS Innovative Showroom Finals
KBIS Innovative Showroom Contest, Presented by the NKBA
Thanks to a late push and outstanding support from voters, Peter Salerno Inc. was named a Finalist in the KBIS Innovative Showroom Awards contest for 2015.
Peter Salerno Inc. finished 2nd overall in the online voting, presented through Facebook by KBIS, and took 1st place in the public voting for Best Independent Small Showroom.
“It is truly an honor to make the finals of this competition,” Peter Salerno commented. “We take great pride in our showroom, and to be selected by the voters with so many outstanding designers and showrooms in the running – I’m very thankful.”
KBIS is a national convention sponsored by the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), and the annual KBIS event has become a “must-attend” conference for top kitchen and bath designers from North America (and around the world).
Peter Salerno Inc. has received more NKBA design awards than any other North American custom kitchen and bath design firm over the last decade, but the KBIS Innovative Showroom Awards was a special case. The entire preliminary round of voting was done by the public, making it truly a “fan vote”. It’s for this reason that Peter Salerno and his team take special pride in making the finals of the competition.
Several facets of the Peter Salerno Inc. showroom have recently received an “upgrade”. This includes the showpiece “La Cornue” kitchen at the front of the showroom (seen in the top photo of this article), which features a gorgeous French blue La Cornue Chateau range, La Cornue Flamberge rotisserie, and beautiful custom cabinetry. The recessed ceiling was upgraded with a stunning blue crystal inset, adding to the Swarovski crystal which already encrusted the custom tin ceiling.
Peter Salerno and his team will be in attendance at the 2015 KBIS Conference, and hopefully will be in for a pleasant surprise when the KBIS Innovative Showroom Awards winners are announced!
